While HP was one of the great places to work in 1999, it has quickly moved down the list, and now, has finally fallen off Fortune’s 100 Greatest Places To Work. The Register article ‘Fear and Loathing at HP’, brings out the dirty laundry.
HP was also punished in the ‘Fairness’ category with only 43 percent of workers saying they thought top management was paid fairly in relation to the rest of the organization.
Can this all be a result of the merger with Compaq? Actually, it coincides with Carly Fiorina taking the helm.
